RISING ATELIER™ operates on an allocation-only, pre-order basis with no speculative inventory. This model ensures quality, reduces waste, and preserves the integrity of each release.

Production Timeline

• Deposit received: Production planning begins
• Production: 8-10 weeks
• Quality control: 1 week
• Final payment requested: Before shipment
• Shipping: 5-7 business days (Canada/US), 7-14 days (International)

Total estimated timeline: 8-12 weeks from allocation close to delivery

Shipping Regions & Methods

• Canada: Express courier (signature required)
• United States: Express courier (signature required)
• International: DHL/FedEx Express (customs clearance required)

Important Conditions

• Address Accuracy: Customer responsible for correct shipping information. Errors may result in delays or additional fees.
• Customs & Duties: International orders may incur duties/taxes not included in product price.
• Tracking: Provided via email upon shipment.
• Lost Shipments: Contact us if delivery exceeds estimated timeframe by 5+ business days.
• Pre-Order Delays: If production delays exceed 30 days beyond estimate, you may request updated information or exercise rights under Consumer Protection Act (Québec).
