Q: What is RISING ATELIER™?
A: A limited-production garment house based in Montreal, designing permanent garments built for discipline. We produce 221 units for the foundation run, available through allocation-only pre-orders.
Q: Why "allocation-only"?
A: We manufacture only what is ordered, no speculative inventory, no waste. This ensures each garment receives full attention and aligns with our discipline-based philosophy.
Q: Where are your garments made?
A: Designed in Montreal. Manufactured in Portugal through verified craft partners.

Ordering & Allocation

Q: How do I purchase?
A: During the open allocation window, select your size and complete checkout. A 50% deposit is required to secure your pre-order, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Production begins once the allocation window closes.
Q: What if my size sells out?
A: We operate on a made-to-order model and do not hold inventory. During the open allocation window, you select your size and form, and we produce accordingly, so there is no risk of your size selling out. Once the window closes, the order cycle concludes until the next Run.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders may be modified within 24 hours of placement. Contact ops@risingatelier.com immediately. After 24 hours, production planning begins and cancellations are subject to our Returns Policy.
Q: Why pre-order only?
A: This model eliminates overproduction, ensures quality control, and aligns with our commitment to permanent garments over disposable fashion.

Production & Delivery

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Estimated 8-10 weeks from allocation close. Timeline updates provided via email at production milestones.
Q: What if production is delayed?
A: We notify you of any delay exceeding 30 days beyond the original estimate. You may request updated information or exercise rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. International orders may incur customs duties and taxes (customer responsibility).
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Tracking information sent via email upon shipment.

Product & Care

Q: What does "permanent garment" mean?
A: Garments engineered for longevity through material selection, construction method, and care. Our pieces are designed to improve with age when properly maintained.
Q: How do I care for my garment?
A: Care instructions provided with each garment. Generally: cold wash, hang dry, minimal ironing. Specific instructions vary by material.
Q: What if my garment arrives damaged?
A: Contact ops@risingatelier.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return my garment?
A: Unworn garments with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes, subject to availability. Given limited production, exchanges may be limited. Store credit is an alternative.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customer responsible for return shipping costs.

Account & Privacy

Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: No, but an account allows you to track orders and receive early access notifications.
