Philosophy

RISING ATELIER™ produces permanent garments built for discipline. Each piece is made to last. Our returns policy reflects this commitment to quality while respecting the limited nature of our releases.

Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: 14 days from delivery
• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Packaging: Original packaging recommended but not required
• Proof: Order confirmation or receipt

Process

1. Initiate: Email order@risingatelier.com with order number and reason
2. Review: We respond within 3 business days with instructions
3. Ship: Customer responsible for return shipping (tracked recommended)
4. Inspection: 5 business days upon receipt
5. Resolution: Refund or exchange issued within 5 business days of approval

Refunds vs. Exchanges

Refunds:

• Issued to original payment method
• 50% deposit refunded immediately upon return approval
• Remaining 50% refunded if already paid
• Processing time: 5-10 business days

Exchanges:

• Subject to availability given limited production
• Size or form exchanges may be limited
• Store credit offered as alternative if exchange unavailable
• We cover shipping for approved exchanges due to defect

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or washed garments
• Items without original tags
• Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
• Garments with evidence of damage from improper care

Defective or Damaged Items

If your garment arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage/defect
• We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion
• We cover all shipping costs for defective items

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights granted under:

• Consumer Protection Act (Québec)
• PIPEDA
• Applicable federal and provincial consumer protection legislation
